WebLock Pro and SBIWebLock Pro and SBI will fit together but a few things need to be understood before you try.
Or to put it another way
So now you see the problem, made worse because 'SBI' prevent certain programs (like 'WebLock Pro') from running on their servers in order to prevent viruses being posted on the web. However with a few tricks all is not lost. Assuming that you:
then here is the solution. Solution, Quick Overview Buy 'WebLock Pro' and 'SiteBuildIt - SBI' ! Build your pages in the usual 'SBI' way. Using the 'nolock' option allow text to be shown or hidden as you wish. Put a 'full stop' in your text editor ('Notepad' is perfect for this) and then save it, then lock it, using 'WebLock Pro'. Insert this locked 'full stop' into a text block at the very end of your page in pagebuilder and build the page as usual. Note at the very bottom of that page you can see a 'full stop'. Also note that whenever that page is open:
We think this is an excellent compromise between showing and hiding the page. If you want to protect your page completely using 'WebLock Pro and sbi' then you might experiment with SBI 'Quick Re-Upload It!' or you will need to host that page with someone other than 'SBI'. ('WebLock Pro' has a great host-for-life deal offered with their software) But don't forget, with a completely protected page the search engines won't be able to index your page. Lastly, if you definitely don't want search engines to index your page or follow the links on that page, then put the following text into your html header: <TITLE> META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOINDEX,NOFOLLOW"</TITLE> This is great for preventing a search engine from thinking that you are spamming them if you make a number of identical pages with different file names, in order to track your traffic campaigns, but it won't stop the spammers searching your pages and it won't stop your pages from being copied. |
