'Foolish' Idea: A software programme which enable computers to play music in the MP3 digital-audio format.

How Idea was Launched: While living in England, Justin put the programme on a friend's web server. It became one of the most popular downloads around, so his parent persuaded him to sell it as shareware. Started his own company, Nullsoft Inc.

Earnings: Justin now lives in San Francisco, because in June 1999, the Internet giant, America Online bought his company, Nullsoft Inc., for over £60million. Justin was one of five shareholders.
