- is at all relevant to our theme
- has the page with our link on it clearly reachable from your home page
- does not promote gambling, drugs or porn
- has real content which a visitor would be interested in, and is not just a links site.

A quick helpful tip for you - I get many, many requests for links every week. When I see my link on a page which satisfies the above rules, I try to respond very quickly.
If I find hundreds of other links on an unrelated site... I take a lot longer to reply!
