Computer Security SoftwareComputer Security Software must be the best value-for-money insurance you can buy. Did you know that everything you type into your computer, and data on everything you view on your computer screen, is stored in loads of internal files buried deep inside your computers hard drive? We are not just talking 'cookies' here. Hundreds of files: cache, boot, swap, pre-fetch, chat-log, custom, data, recycle, data-log, help, temp, backup, restart, short-cut, note-pad, start, user files, to name a few, all hold an accurate record of your computers past activity. Unless you are a seriously good computer security software technician, who really understands how to remove the contents of these files from your computer, they pretty much stay there forever, even after re-formatting your hard drive! You would probably struggle to find more than a handful of them, but please believe it, the authorities and virus experts know exactly where they are, and exactly how to view them. This has very serious legal implications for small businesses, who are the legal owners of computers, because if anyone has ever, even by accident, accessed an illegal web site using the company computer, the evidence will be there for all to see. If the authorities become suspicious enough to want to look, it will down to the owner to explain exactly how it got there. All these redundant files slow your computer down and take up space in your hard drive, and we are yet to hear any good reasons why anyone would benefit from most of them being there at all. We have certainly never suffered by removing them. The '4 Small Businesses' office has been running the computer security software, 'Evidence Eliminator' on all computers since Jan2002, and we can honestly say that our computing experience has improved beyond measure since then. We do not knowingly visit illegal sites and so don't need to cover our tracks, but the satisfaction of knowing, for certain, that the only files in existence are the ones we can actually see, and the ability to reset our computers to 'as delivered' condition, at any time, except for those files which we want to keep, gives us great peace of mind. Are you prepared to bet that no-one in your company has ever peeped into an illegal adult or gambling site? (perhaps after hours, a cleaner, ex-employee, security guard, naive staff trying to stop crude emails by clicking on the 'no thanks' button, only to find themselves actually 'accepting' it. . .) We estimate the disk-access time and disk-space saving to be over 10% using 'Evidence Eliminator' and on the occasions when the computers needed to go 'off-site' for emergency repairs and upgrades or replacement, the knowledge that our hard disks were totally 'clean', is justification enough for us to keep running 'Evidence Eliminator' on all those machines with internet access. Don't let the commonest use of this software fool you into thinking that the software company who wrote the program, is tarnished by the uses of their programs. They were writing computer security software long before web-abuse became a problem, and developed the original concepts for government and military security. Many lesser companies have tried to imitate their results but in our opinion, no others have even come close. We would only trust a well-respected computer security software provider to have access to the insides of our computers. The only possible downside to this computer security software that we can find is this. If you right-click on a file, you will be given the option of 'Evidence Eliminator - Safe Delete' If you select this option, and then click the 'OK' button when it asks 'Are you sure you want to eliminate these items?', then the file you just eliminated will be absolutely, definitely destroyed! Don't even think of looking for your file in the 'recycle bin', because it won't be in there, or anywhere else on the planet! In less time than it took for you to read this sentence, it will have been overwritten with up to x9 repetitions of '0s + 1s + ?s so that even 'Evidence Eliminator' themselves could not recover the file. This is one downside that we are happy to live with, and suggest for your peace of mind, you should learn to live with it too. We have secured a useful discount from 'Evidence Eliminator' which you can take advantage of here. Computer Security Software - 'Evidence Eliminator' |
